Return Policy
General
All refund process will take 14 working days from the date we receive all necessary items and documents required as stated below. Return method with its cost will be borne by the purchaser and refund method would be the same as payment being made during the initial purchase.
Oransi
- Item(s) will be eligible for full refund if ONLY all these following conditions are met:
- Within 7 days from date of purchase
- Purchase made directly with INAT Eco Sdn Bhd
- All original packaging and accessories associated with the device is returned in good working condition and free from visible damages
- Free gifts and/or vouchers associated with the purchase is returned in good working condition and free from visible damages
- Kindly refer to warranty claims after 7 days
- Purchaser is responsible for making sure that all necessary documents and/or items are delivered to INAT Eco Sdn Bhd office at their own expenses
- Collection of documents and/or items will be at purchaser’s expenses as well
MagComb
- Item(s) will be eligible for full refund if ONLY all these following conditions are met:
- Within 7 days from date of purchase
- Purchase made directly with INAT Eco Sdn Bhd
- All original packaging and accessories associated with the device is returned in good working condition and free from visible damages
- Free gifts and/or vouchers associated with the purchase is returned in good working condition and free from visible damages
- Kindly refer to warranty claims after 7 days
- Purchaser is responsible for making sure that all necessary documents and/or items are delivered to INAT Eco Sdn Bhd office at their own expenses
- Collection of documents and/or items will be at purchaser’s expenses as well
Östberg
- 30% refund of deposit amount or 80% refund of full payment amount will only be entertained within 7 days from remittance or 3 days before work commencement whichever earlier.
- Depending on installation requirements and materials needed, there will not be any refund for any payments made to purchase these materials.
- Kindly refer to warranty claims after completion of installation or after 7 days from purchase invoice of device ONLY.
Philips
- 30% refund of deposit amount or 80% refund of full payment amount will only be entertained within 7 days from remittance or 3 days before work commencement whichever earlier.
- Kindly refer to warranty claims after 7 days from purchase invoice.

All item(s) sold are not returnable nor exchangeable.
